Each appointment is reserved exclusively for your horse. We kindly request 24–48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a ' l fe.
For safety and effectiveness, horses must be calm and safe to handle on the ground. Any behavioral concerns, medical conditions, or recent injuries must be disclosed prior to treatment. Veterinary clearance may be required when appropriate.
Horses should be clean, dry, and prepared for assessment to ensure optimal results and accuracy of evaluation.
A safe, quiet, and appropriate space must be provided to allow for effective session and movement evaluation.
Horses exhibiting signs of a contagious illness will need to have their appointment rescheduled to help maintain the highest standards of herd health and safety. All equipment used by Top Tier Equine is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each session.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, and credit/debit cards. Please note that payments made by card are subject to a $5 processing fee.
A travel fee applies for locations outside our local service area. Appointments located more than 30 miles from ZIP code 17569 will incur an additional charge of $1 per mile.
Equine bodywork and rehabilitation are complementary therapies and not a replacement for veterinary care. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and proudly collaborate with veterinarians and other equine professionals to support each horse’s well-being.
Appointments may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe or extreme weather conditions to ensure safety for both horse and practitioner.
